Selling a home in Cyprus - Here are some things to consider

Most homes selling now are either bargain priced or immaculately kept and well presented meaning staged and clutter free. Selling a property in Cyprus is work, not just for the agent but for the home owner. To have the best chance of selling your home it helps to have curb appeal and staged in a way that buyers can imagine their own belongings in the home. While you may love your modern, mauve-coloured settee not everyone will.

And here is one from a popular real estate website called Trulia. While the issue regarding pools may not apply in Cyprus, there are still those that do not want the hassle and expense of maintaining a pool. Each buyer is unique and this is what we need to remember when showing homes and when your home is being toured by potential buyers.
