Deadly Sins of Home Sellers - Common Real Estate Mistakes to Avoid

I recently wrote a blog post about home staging and how important it is if you want to sell your property. Today I was watching the Today Show - a popular US morning show and saw an interview with a real estate "guru" who gave her expert advice on what to do or not to do when trying to sell your home. Although the Today Show is US based, this interview and the advice given applies to Cyprus property and everywhere else in the world that property is sold.  In today's market, sellers need all the help they can get as buyers have many, many options and are shopping around before making final decisions.

Watch this informative and very useful video on the do's and don'ts of selling your property. Enjoy the video and start making the changes if needed and congrats if you already do everything mentioned!! Let me know what you think or share any advice you may have!

With warm weather, low crime rate, low cost of living in Cyprus and English speaking population, do you think Cyprus will have enough properties for every one?
