I recently wrote a blog post about home staging and how important it is if you want to sell your property. Today I was watching the Today Show - a popular US morning show and saw an interview with a real estate "guru" who gave her expert advice on what to do or not to do when trying to sell your home. Although the Today Show is US based, this interview and the advice given applies to Cyprus property and everywhere else in the world that property is sold. In today's market, sellers need all the help they can get as buyers have many, many options and are shopping around before making final decisions.
