This quaint traditional stone house, located in the unspoilt village of Nata, was formerly the local village coffee shop. Indeed the fireplace used to heat the coffee is still there.
Nata is tucked away in a valley about 15 minutes drive from Paphos airport, 20 minutes from Paphos Town, and 10 minutes from the sea. There is a village square with a community coffee shop, and on high days and holidays, the village square is buzzing with excitement as all the villagers come out and join in the organised celebrations. It is an ideal location for those who enjoy peace, quiet and the countryside, with only the coo of the wood pigeons and the distant bray of a donkey to break the silence.
The property features a spacious living room with wooden beamed ceilings and a feature stone chimney/fireplace with log burning stove. On the one side is the kitchen, and on the other, a hallway leading to two double size bedrooms and a shower room with modern finishes. Off one of the bedrooms is also an additional room which is currently used for storage, but could easily be converted into an en-suite bathroom.
Outside there is a lovely courtyard garden with grape vines and a variety of colourful shrubs and fruit trees. Unfortunately the photographs were taken during a winter storm and so the stunning mountain views are not evident. On a clear day, it’s possible to see as far as the Troodos mountains.
The property has full title deeds.
